We need an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our team, working collaboratively to build better local care, and take the organisation into a new phase.
We are a non-proﬁt, community-owned organisation delivering home based care and community support services in the Colne Valley and Meltham areas of South Kirklees. We’re pioneering a better way of providing domiciliary social care which is holistic, person-centred, enables people to lead fuller lives, and which treats care professionals with the respect their dedication deserves.
Our innovative co-operative model brings all the people receiving and delivering care in our community – service users and their families, staﬀ, and community members – together to collaborate in one democratic social enterprise. We are purposely place-based and locally focussed, dedicated to sustainably serving the needs of our community.
We have big ambitions. We believe that small is beautiful, and we see great potential to scale – through networked replication. Hence the post oﬀers plenty of scope for development for the right candidate.
You will have a proven record of delivering high quality care at a senior level, be keen to innovate and drive forward our values-led team and be a key part of the future of social care. You’re organised, inclusive, creative, full of energy, and we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time post, office based but with opportunities for hybrid working. The post is based in Cowlersley, but working across the Colne Valley and surrounding areas, oﬀering a competitive salary.
