We value our care staff – join us!

We are an ethical, not for profit community home care service and our vision is for everyone receiving and delivering care to have a high-quality service in and around Colne Valley and Meltham.

How do we do that? By being a shareholder funded, community-based service, working in the community, by the community, for the community.

You will be providing support to adult user members, across the Colne Valley and Meltham, who may require help with personal care and all aspects of daily living. They will have a variety of needs such as reduced mobility, dementia or challenging behaviour.

You will be able to go beyond meeting basic needs and be allowed the time to enjoy making meaningful relationships with our user members and supporting them to live as fulfilling a life as possible.

The role is varied and every day there can be a new challenge. We are looking for team members who really want to make a difference and for people who want to be a key part of having a voice in shaping social care within our community.

We offer:

What is it like to work for us?

As a small company, we are able to develop strong working relationships and teamwork around our commitment and passion for the delivery of high-quality care.

“I started work in June and haven’t looked back! I absolutely love it. It’s so rewarding it doesn’t actually feel like a job. I have already learnt so much in the short space of time I have worked here through training I have been given”.

“It’s like working in a family, I never knew home care could be like this. After 20 years in this sector, I finally feel part of a team that really cares and supports each other.”

Our Registered Manager Danielle recently talked about the benefits of joining us as a valued member of our care team. Have a look at the video below.

So if you are looking for a new challenge or change of direction, working with an exciting and innovative care organisation that is ambitious about doing things differently, we want to hear from you.
