The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Co-operative Care Colne Valley will take place on the evening of Thursday 30th November in the ground floor meeting room at Slaithwaite Civic Hall, from 6.30pm.
We very much hope that you’ll be able to join us.
It would be most helpful – if you’ve not done so already – if you could register to let us know that you intend to participate, so that we can organise catering accordingly.

We’ll also have some copies of these documents available at the meeting.
As well as the formal business of the meeting, it is a great opportunity to meet each other and learn more about the organisation and the work that the staff team and board have been doing on your behalf.
An important element of the AGM is the election of new board members. Three members of our board are stepping down, and we have three candidates seeking the support of members. We will be voting on the night & have also shared a poll with our members in advance to make sure as many members of the society as possible to be able to express their view on the three candidates.
We hope that you will be able to participate in this year’s AGM. It would be amazing to meet up with everyone that has supported us on the journey so far, and share more information about the work we’ve been doing.
While anyone is welcome to join us at our AGM it's important to remember that you can only take part in voting if you are a member.
