We are registered with Dementia Friends, which offers a platform for lots of dementia care resources and information aimed at helping our staff members understand more about dementia and how it may affect a person.
We offer that additional support to those living with dementia, even if it’s just an hour a day to talk to the user member suffering from dementia, or taking them to an activity or memory café, so you as friends and family are able to find some time for yourselves – which is vital for your own well-being.
We have dedicated and trained staff, who can offer all levels of dementia care, and we will work with you as a family to create a personalised care or support package, which suits your requirements. We want to provide a lifeline to those living with dementia and encourage and support them to remain active in their local communities, whether through exercise, visiting the library or talking with friends in a café, we are here to support you!
Our aim is to optimise physical health, cognition, activity and well-being, and provide that care and support to all affected by dementia.
Please feel free to contact us for further advice and information on our dementia care services, or for an informal chat about your circumstances, or those of your loved one.
