The crisis has also revealed the potential of ‘good neighbourliness’, as millions of people across the UK have stepped up to help vulnerable people.

Our innovative service will bring these together and Build Back Better.

Our co-operative approach enables all the people receiving and delivering care in our community – service users and their families, staff and community members – to work together in one democratic, not for profit social enterprise. We are deliberately place-based, dedicated to serving the needs of people in the Colne Valley.

We are now seeking a Registered Manager to lead this exciting, innovative community based project, taking over the reins from our current postholder who has taken us through a successful registration and start-up phase. You will use your professional skills and experience to lead the development and delivery of the assessed domiciliary care service in line with our co-operative values and our vision for community centred care. This is a not a run of the mill RM post, and we’re not looking for run of the mill candidates. So if you have a proven record of delivering high quality social care at a senior level, are open to new ideas and keen to innovate, whilst being highly organised, inclusive, and full of energy we want to hear from you.
