Recruiting for a Registered Manager
The Covid 19 Crisis has proved that we need a better sort of domiciliary social care. More holistic and person centred. One that moves beyond providing just basic care and allows people to lead fuller lives. One that treats care professionals with the respect. The crisis has also revealed the potential of ‘good neighbourliness’, as millions of people across the UK have stepped up to help vulnerable people.
Our innovative service will bring these together and Build Back Better.
Our co-operative approach will allow all the people receiving and delivering care in our community – service users and their families, staff and community members – to work together in one democratic, not for profit social enterprise. We are deliberately place based, dedicated to serving the needs of people in the Colne Valley. But we have big ambitions.
We are now seeking a Registered Manager to lead this exciting, innovative community based project. You will use your professional skills and experience to lead the development and delivery of the assessed domiciliary care service so that it aligns with our co-operative community services. This is a unique job, at a unique time and we require someone special. So if you have a proven record of delivering high quality social care at a senior level, are open to new ideas, highly organised, inclusive, creative and full of energy we want to hear from you.
