The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate to be voluntarily paid by over 12,000 UK organisations – and we’re one of them. These organisations believe that their staff deserve an income that meets their everyday needs. The Living Wage Foundation recognises the leadership of responsible employers who choose to go further and pay a real Living Wage based on the cost of living, not just the government minimum.
