Team Spotlight: Stephanie – Board Member

“I believe our community should have access to the help and support they need to continue living independently at home.”

Stephanie, Board Director

As part of a series of short insights into our team members, we asked Stephanie, one of our board directors, to tell us a bit about herself.

I am excited to be part of the team bringing a new domiciliary and community care support service to the market, and I’m committed to making our venture a real success for everyone involved. Co-operative Care Colne Valley offers a unique and ethical alternative in which care is privided within our local community.

I have grown up in the Colne Valley, and have a vested interest and passion for our community life. I work for Ramsdens Solicitors LLP as a Private Client Chartered Legal Executive in Slaithwaite and have always wanted to join a local organisation which would further support our elderly community.

I have grown up in the Colne Valley, and have a vested interest and passion for our community life.

I believe our community should have access to the help and support they need to continue living independently at home, and I am confident CCCV offers a wide range of services to make sure this is a realistic prospect for anyone who needs that little extra help.

I have followed CCCV for several months and admired their work and commitment to get to this stage. I am proud to have been welcomed into the team as a board member and look forward to applying my skills, legal expertise and passion towards the organisation and helping steer it forward to even greater success.

My personal hobbies include cooking and reading, and I have also recently instructed a personal trainer to keep up with my fitness. I also enjoy watching true crime documentaries and have a real interest in criminology.
